My zip has this black streak on it. was not dropped and did not get wet. It still keeps track but cannot see all the display. sent an email to support but thought would get some advice here.

Hey hey hey @RamCoach welcome to our Community! It's nice to have you on board! Mmmhh this is pretty weird, I'd like to know if you have your iOS Fitbit App updated to the latest version? Also, I'd suggest rebooting your iOS device. If that doesn't work, please force quit the Fitbit App by: rapidly double tapping your iOS home button > swipe left until you see a preview of the Fitbit App > and then swipe up on the preview.
