Hi

From dear @KateFitbit in this thread

'I've been notified that there are reports of Zip battery draining quickly on iOS version 2.41.1 and our team is currently investigating. If you are experiencing this, we recommend disabling all-day-sync for now. I'll update this post once I hear more. Thanks as always for your patience and understanding.

If your Zips are showing low battery notices showing or turning off it may be a connection issue between the battery and the tracker. To correct it, take out the battery and you should see a metal spring in the battery compartment, check if the metal spring is making contact with the battery and it is lined. Here is how it should look like:

When your Zip shows a low battery sign, it means that the battery needs to be replaced, a fresh 3V coin battery, CR2025 will need to be put in; open the Zip with the door tool and replace the old battery, like this:

Hope it helps
