Battery low warnings

I keep getting battery low warnings.  Even replaced a battery that tested okay and continue to get the warnings.  Any ideas?  It still does all the tracking and it syncs...so far.

Hi @wnative  try cleaning the cache from your app on the phone and restart the phone and sync again. It ought to see the battery level. Let us know.

I have the same problem. After only one week with a new battery, my ZIP stopped syncing. Changed battery again, and I'm syncing again.
My batteries are only lasting from one to two months - until this last one lasting one week! I have just ordered another brand of battery and determined NOT to ever buy batteries made in China.

Hello @rppolit  my friend says her Zip prefers Energizer batteries. One week isn't long at all. Glad you're with us.

Already bought a pack of 10 Panasonic lithium. Hope those will work better. If not, I will try Energizer next. Thanks, <>< P

I was using Energizer...and the original battery. My Zip totally died.
Doesn't say much, it was five months old. Cannot be revived. Waiting for
a relacement

FIVE months! I'd be thrilled with that because what I understood is SIP
battery should be replaced after 3 months.

No I've been through two batteries. It was the zip that quit. No battery
will help it. It cannot be revived.
