Best Answer@RIwalker Unfortunately, that's the same response they were giving us about this problem 13 months ago. ☹️ Maybe we'll get lucky and the Zip sync issues will get fixed as a result of Fitbit fixing lesser sync issues for one of their "current" devices, but I've given up hope. I've retired my Zips and am now using Garmin Vivofit 3's (attached to clips so that I can wear them on my boots, shoes, and/or jeans), which I've found to be a bit more accurate and they sync without issue. I can even have more than one of them on the same account.

I have a Moto Z and my zip is not syncing up. I restarted my phone and it didn't work. I don't want to take the battery out of the Zip, last time I did that it reset to zero and I lost several days of tracking. What can I do? My insurance relies on me tracking and my last sync was in August. Help!!
