I want to love my Zip but I have had nothing but issues getting it to pair/stay paired with my phone. I have followed all the restart app/reboot device/restart phone directions ad nauseum.
Do you have any advice or support tips beyond links to "restart app/reboot device/restart phone"? I really want to use this as a step tracker but I need to be realistic and return it if I can't get it working properly.

Nice to see you here @Jim_Sch! This sounds odd. To ensure that your tracker is working correctly, restart it. Also, please follow this steps to make sure that your tracker is syncing correctly with Fitbit's servers. If this doesn't work, setup your tracker as a new device.
