Inaccurate steps and calories when syncing

I am new to fitbit zip. Even though I had syncing and other issues the first day, all went well yesterday.

Today, my steps on the zip are accurate, but about 5k off on my computer.  Been logging food too, and it's giving me about 700 calories to eat total, when it should be 1,300. This is on food tracker. I have taken battery out, taken whatever that thing is that plugs  into the side out, rebooted computer, moved it around in case wifi was not strong. Nothing works. Other suggestions appreciated!

Nice to see you here @Margareta3! Sometimes you can see inaccuracy of steps and calories when the tracker is not syncing correctly. To ensure that your tracker is syncing as it should, please follow these steps to fix syncing issues. Regarding your food plan, please check the intensity of your plan. For further help on your Food Plan check @SebringDon's posts about the Food Plan.

Let me know if this works! 😉
