Calorie deduction

I have my diet plan set to 1.5 a week, which is -750 calories. Now is that subtracting 750 from my set daily calories on MyFitnessPal? I have mfp set to 1600 and for today have ate 1600 but my fitbit is saying I'm over budget. Not sure how to find out how many calories a day it allows me.

Whatever my calories out are, I must have -750 to be within my diet plan?

The calories allowed to eat will depend on how active you are 

If say it wants a 750 deficit, if you only have a 700 deficit then your food is over budget.
