I used to have a Charge HR and a Blaze. I can't use either because I changed jobs and I can't wear wristbands.
I removed them from my account and added the zip. It works great (despite years of non usage) but I can't get the app to stop sending me sleep notifications. I can't find anywhere in the app to change this since the zip can't measure sleep.
I have the Charge HR....somewhere. The only thing I can think to do is add it again, change the notifications for sleep, then get rid of it.
I could turn off notifications but I like notifications from the app.
Am I missing something? Where can I look in the app to change this??
Also FWIW, I reinstalled the app so it's not like I removed the HR and added the zip. I had gotten a new phone but for some reason the notification is being pushed through the app.

Nice to see you here @Missy_g! This may have a quick solution, if you have an sleep goal. To disable your Bedtime reminder, please tap on the top right side of the screen, scroll down and select Sleep. On Sleep Goals, scroll down and disable the Bedtime Reminder.
I hope this helps, keep me posted! 😉

There is no sleep goal because my Fitbit doesn't monitor sleep.
