Nice to see you here @Netty2 and @Christysuz@Netty2 Please check this tips to fix your syncing issues. And also, you may try restarting your tracker to see if it's working correctly. 

 

@Christysuz Can you please try restarting your Zip and checking the inside spring. Sometimes your tracker will have issues when this is bent. Here is a picture of how it should look like:
