Can't replace old Zip with new one

I tried to replace old failing Zip with new one on iPhone and got this message: "Request failed: forbidden (403)" What am I doing wrong?

Welcome to the Fitbit Forums @Zanieor! This a generic error shown in iOS devices. However, I'd check out if your devices is running the latest version of the Fitbit app. If it's not updated, you can do it by following these instructions. Once you have done that, you can continue with the setup process.

Thank you, I have now updated Fitbit on my phone and set up my new Zip. Still have a major problem, though. Last week the Steps on my dashboard disappeared and then the Miles, so all that appears is Active Minutes and Calories. Where the number of steps used to appear it just shows the word "Zip", when it last synced and a graphic that shows the battery strength. The number of steps do appear on the Challenge part. I thought a new Zip would fix this problem but it didn't. How do I fix?

By the way, the Dashboard on my computer is working properly, it's the Dashboard on my iPhone, which I refer to more often that isn't showing "steps" and "miles".

Hi @Zanieor, I'm glad you were able to set up your replacement Zip. What you mention is really weird, could you please send a screen shot of what you get?
