Can't set up old Zip

Hi,

 

I have an old zip that used to be set up to my phone, however I deleted this when I bought the new Alta, unfortunately due to a house move I lost the Alta charger, meaning I can no longer use it (or buy a new charger due to where I live, incredibly frustating!).

 

So.....I'm trying to set up my original zip onto my iphone 5s and it is not letting me. The steps i have followed are:

* Go to account

* Go to set up device

* Go to Zip

* Press "setup your fitbit zip"

At this point the loading message appears at the bottom of the screen with the wheel going round and round. This is where it stops.

 

I have had this on for too long.  I have tried this many times this morning, even rebooting the phone twice, but it still gets stuck at the loading stage.

 

What can I do?

@Vixter123 Welcome to the Community! I'm sorry to hear your Alta's charger is lost. I recommend contacting our Support Team to see what they can do so you can continue to use your Alta.

 

In the meantime, take a look at our help article for instructions to setup your Zip as a replacement tracker. If the battery on your Zip hasn't been replaced in the last 6 months, inserting a new battery can help as well!
