Cannot sync with iphone

No problems using my zip with my iPhone until recently. I dropped and broke my iPhone 5 so had to go back to my old iPhone 4. But the bluetooth won't see the zip.
It sees and connects to other bluetooth devices.
I've turned off and deleted it from my broken phone. I deleted and reinstalled the app. No joy. It synced with the wireless dongle onto the computer so I was able to update that way.
I also removed the battery for 10 secs in the zip and turned it back on but still won't sync with the iPhone.
Any ideas please! !!

Welcome to the Fitbit Forums @Hanleysh! The iPhone 4 isn't a compatible device with Fitbit trackers. This may be the main reason why your tracker is not syncing or interacting with your phone. Nevertheless, you can still syncing through a PC or using any of the devices listed  in the link I provided before.

I hope this clarifies your inquiry.
