I got my Zip last March.  I live in the Pacific time zone but, over the holidays, I visited the Central time zone.  Upon returning home, the clock time on my Zip displays correctly as Pacific time, but internal calculations seem as though they're based on Central time.  For example, between 10 pm and midnight last night PT, today's step count, etc. was already being displayed as Yesterday, and the time of the last sync shown was Central time.  Even though what was really today's step count was already showing up as Yesterday, Yesterday's step count continued to be incremented until I went to bed around 11:30 PT.

Just before starting this post, I updated my weight on the Zip, and that change is reflected online.  So, clearly there is some communication between my Zip and online.  Any thoughts about what's causing this?  Thanks!

Hey there @jeannies it's nice to see you around more often! Cat WinkI'd like to know if you're not experiencing any battery issues with your Zip? Also, please feel free to restart your tracker by following these instructions. After this, please sync your tracker with your computer and it should correct the time.
