Display not working

I changed the battery on my Zip, but the display will only show for a short time and then the display is blank.   I've tried reinserting the battery, but still is not working properly. Any suggestions?

Welcome to the Forums @griff121! Thanks for sharing your experience with your Zip tracker. Please double check that you have inserted the CR 2025 battery with the '+' up.

 

Also, I would like to recommend checking the metal spring inside the Zip's battery compartment. Sometimes your tracker will have battery issues when this is bent. Here is a picture of how it should look like:
