Have a problem with my Zip--it seems to be stuck on one number, and won't tap to all the usual screens, but the computer site is registering more steps as I do them.

Welcome to the Forums @PRuocco! Thanks for sharing your experience with your Zip tracker. To make sure that your app is working correctly, please restart it.
Also, you can try to setup again the stats you seen on your display. To do so, check out the help article How do I change the stats on my tracker?
