First day worked great on bra strap. Next two days, same placement and zero steps. I walked two miles each day. What's up with this device?

@leighsfolly welcome to the forums! Well, that's pretty weird because your Zip is designed to count steps when worn on your bra. Take a look at this post with more info about it. I recommend a restart by doing the following:

  1. Open the battery door using the battery door tool and remove the battery.
  2. Wait 10 seconds.
  3. Place the battery back into the tracker with the "+" side facing up, and close the door.

Your Fitbit Zip is now restarted. You will see your tracker's version number, followed by a series of Fitbit Smilies. When you tap your tracker, it should work normally. Let me know how it goes! Smiley Happy

My Fitbit zip was working fine, then stopped recording steps, time is off, etc.  Replaced the battery and that didn't solve the problem.

@Lakehouser thanks for joing us and for changing the battery already! Seems like all troubleshooting has been exhausted, therefore I suggest contacting our Support Team. They definitely have the proper tools to take a deeper look into your tracker's behavior. When you contact them, I recommend letting them all the troubleshooting steps you've done so far to fix it. By doing that you'll be helping them to provide you with a quick follow up. Good luck and keep me posted! Smiley Happy
