Synced with yesterday's steps!

For a while this morning my Zip was showing the correct number of steps, and then all of a sudden it synced and yesterday's steps were showing on today. I've tried the following: putting in a new battery, making sure the battery contact inside the tracker is hitting the battery, and entering a driving activity to negate the activity (though as the first picture shows, the detailed breakdown doesn't show when the steps allegedly took place, so there's no way to pick a specific time to put the driving activity, other than for the last 12 hours). Any way to fix this? It's happened once before.

@marmal8 thanks for the screenshots! That definitely doesn't sound like normal behavior. If it keeps doing the same after the restart and checking that there is a proper batter contact, then I recommend contacting our Support Team for further assistance. They definitely have the proper tools to take a deeper look into your tracker's behavior. When you contact them, please let them know about the troubleshooting steps you've done so far to fix this. By doing that you'll be helping them to provide you with a quick follow up. Good luck and keep me posted! Oh, and welcome to the forums. Smiley Happy Heart

I'm not totally sure why but it later updated and got rid of the previous day's steps and recorded normally. Right now it seems to be behaving normally.

@marmal8 thanks for getting back to me! It's nice to know that your Zip is now behaving normally. Feel free to post back if you notice any funny business with your tracker again. I'll be around! :robothappy:
