I dropped my Zip on a hard floor. Since then, it drops steps-- or gives me extras! I woke up this morning to find that I had 550 steps (impossible, unless I woke up in the night, put on my Zip, and ran around the house). But it didn't capture any of my steps at Boot Camp, where I usually get 1500-2500. Later it showed 60 steps (after having synced to my phone and showing 1000).
I have opened up the back, taken out the battery, fiddled with the prongs, and started over again about 8 times since dropping the Zip. Is it just addled now or can it be saved?
Thanks!
