Exercise missing

I have synced by zip today and it showed 11345 steps taken, it was at zero this morning. The 11345 steps included a 42 min walk  in the evening. I then entered my walk on Activity. My log showed no record of my walk when I checked it and my steps taken had reverted to 6100 approx. Any idea why this happens, it also happened 2 days ago

When you logged the activity, did you notice if there was a Workout activity already logged in at the time of your evening walk? Also, did the activity disappeared after you logged it? Are you logging the activities using a mobile device or the online Dashboard? 

 

At this moment, I would like to suggest restarting your tracker to remove any bug or unfinished process that might be affecting its functionality and causing these issues. 

 

To restart your tracker:

  1. Open the battery door using the battery door tool and remove the battery.
  2. Wait 10 seconds.
  3. Place the battery back into the tracker with the “+” side facing up, and close the door.
