Extra step allowance for doing stairs/carrying weights?

Does fitbit give extra step allowances for going up and down stairs, and for carrying weight (boxes) while working? A relative has a similar step count, but mine are while doing stairs and carrying boxes...it's not an accurate comparison...unless fitbit allows for this. Does it?

Hi @kilarok   Welcome to the Fitbit forums.

Fitbit does not adjust steps or stairs for carrying extra weight, but, assuming you have a tracker that measures heart rate, you will get the credit in the form of extra calories burned from the raised heart rate of doing the extra work.
