Ever since I bought my Zip in Feb it has said there is a Firmware Update available. When I click to update I get the message that it may take up to 10 minutes but a couple minutes into it I get the " not working?" message. I've tried doing it on 2 different devices including PC and I get the same thing. I've restarted, I've relogged, I've changed battery. My dashboard says I'm on version 5.72. Is this the current version?

I've had my zip for several years & my firmware version is the same as yours .

Every time I open the app it says "firmware update available"...does yours say that too?

No I don't get that message.

When I first got the Zip in 2013 it did not have a message "update tracker software" but it has been there for about a year now. I am also on firmware version 5.72. I have tried all the same things as you and it will not update.
