I have tried turning my bluetooth off and on, restarting my fitbit zip, restarting my computer. None of these things have worked. Any ideas?

I’m having the same issue today. And I’m getting upset and annoyed. I even logged off the app and went back in. Turned off the Bluetooth and back. Nothing is working.
