My Fitbit Zip (1 1/2 years old) stopped working at about 11:47 pm. The next day all the date from the day before was still there. I went to this site and followed the steps for a reset. The device did not reset. I tried again using a new battery, and that did not help. All the setting remain from the day before. I also made sure the metal prong that holds the battery in place was not too flat.
Is there anything else I can do or do I need a new pedometer??
