I have a fitbit zip and it is doubling my steps -this started today and I’ve been tracking my steps since forever - I know where I should be and my steps are doubled?

I would suggest you restart your Zip. Tap here for instructions. Make sure you wait the full 10 seconds. In fact, you may want to do this three, separate times. Then please let us know if it resolved your issue.
