! Have you made sure that your Fitbit apps are running the latest version (Android, iOS)? Sometimes when running old versions this may cause a mess when syncing your activity.

Best AnswerI was at work today at a point in my day that I usually have almost 5000 steps and looked down at my Zip and it said time was 12:03 and steps were back to 0. Later the time had changed to be closer to the then current time. It counted some steps after that, but when I got home my Zip was saying 0 steps/0 calories and then said 5:09. Now it has changed to say the current time 5:54 and the steps say 1059 since I sat down at the computer. I don't have a smart phone. I only sync at home. What would cause it to reset like that and jump back and forth?
