I updated the app the morning of 1 Feb and now can’t update my steps. No new app updates available. Anyone have this problem?

Mine also stopped syncing on Feb 2 and there are no app updates available... says I am up to date. Tried removing and downloading app again still no help. So frustrating as I am in the middle of a step challenge and only get full points for syncing the device! Any advice????

Thanks for checking with me! Tried several, looks like the device is not being recognized by my phone so am going to try to pull the battery for a restart on the device. Worked once before when this happened. Easier said then done as I am one of those with a broken battery cover and it has been working really well with my temp fix I hate to disturb it

I chatted with someone at Fitbit who recommended I take the battery out for 10 seconds and put it back in. I did that, and it synced now. Hope this helps someone else!

That worked!!! Sync is now back working!
Battery pulled out and placed back in device and now all is well! Zip is back to syncing with my phone..... easy fix! The broken battery cover.... well that is another issue
happy I am back in the step challenge!
