I purchased a new zip and now it won't update on my iphone 7. What should I do?

Hi @lbuehl  where did you find a brand new Zip? They were retired a few years ago. Are you getting any error messages when trying to update it?

I bought it from someone off Ebay. I'm guessing it's old so I will just throw it away. Oh well!

@lbuehl  check with eBay. If you got an item and it doesn't work, no sense in your losing money. Ask eBay. I've had something arrive that didn't work and eBay took care of me by the seller refunding my money.
