Anyone else's fitbit zip having problems syncing after the app has updated ???
My app been updated ...now when I sync it says "device not found" and have to verify My email but had fitbit at least 5 years.
I try to change my email address as the one they say is mine isn't !! After trying and trying I get a message to say I've tried too many times 😠😠
Anyone having problems please?

I'm having trouble, too, but I don't see a solution. It seems my phone is now not compatible with the updated app. I've had a zip since 2013. It suits my needs. I will confess that I'll miss getting the "nailed it" or "overachiever" messages and the weekly emails with the week's statistics.
