Fitbit won't sync

As of July 20th my fitbit hasn't synced.  I've noticed a lot of people are having the same problem.  My fitbit is associated with Red Brick Health for my health insurance.  Without my fitbit syncing, then Red Brick isn't getting my informtion either.  Is anything being done to fix this problem?  Thanks.

I was having trouble with my zip syncing. I uninstalled Microsoft Fitbit Connect from my computer and now the zip syncs.

I am having the same problem.  I bought the Fitbit Zip because my last step counter bit the dust.  I was so delighted with this little device--until now. Why did it suddenly quit?

I'm in the process of contacting them.  I'm 121st in line for the next available agent.  This is very discerning.

I haven't been able to sync either. The message I get is the server is busy. Please post the information that you receive when you speak to a rep.

Same problem for me - using it for 3+ years and suddenly it won't connect to the internet. Stopped syncing on 7/21. Read through a lot of these posts...seems you have to download the new app from Windows. This worked. Read through these posts; some kind person put the link to the Windows app site for downloading.

Text from another user with the link to download the app. this worked for me. Synced Fitbit gap from 7/21 and has all history.

I've been having the same issue since 7/21.  I completely uninstalled FitBit Connect from my computer and downloaded and installed it again ( https://www.fitbit.com/setup ). It's finally syncing now!  I would suggest giving this a try.

After being on the chat line for over an hour I had to uninstall the
program, go to the Microsoft app store and reload the program. It took
about 4 re-syncs for it to finally work. Luckily nothing was lost over my
last 3 years, but only lost last weeks info. Hope this helps everyone.
