I have tried to do force stop, uninstalled and reinstalled. Turned offblue tooth and the Fitbit wont sync. I take out the battery then it will sync. This is getting old. Do I need a new Fitbit. When it tries to sync. Tells me device not found. Before me taking out the battery.

A lot of people have this problem. And a lot of people feel it's Fitbit doing it to make you buy a new one...me I think they've messed the system up somewhere

I've had three different ZIPs that did this - I am currently experiencing the same issue. So irritating! It's not like this is an inexpensive product, but dang is it cheap. I've only had this current one for 6 months...such a bummer!

I've had mine replaced in April and already it won't sync. Had the same problem on the last 2 zips as well. Would by another model, but my wrists are too small 😞
