Hello there!

 

So, i had my fitbit zip for just over 1 year, in that period i had to change the battery about 5-6 times... my current battery is in about 1 month and now it shows again low battery, AND the display is always turned on (wasn't on in the morning, had to tap it as usual...)...

 

I tried to restart it several times... the display is still on, the battery was full, then empty, then half full, now empty. I tried Zip Battery Troubleshoot but nothing....

Now the battery icon disappeared, but the display is still on... A new battery EVERY MONTH is not a solution 😞

it's the day after. the display works fine (turns off after couple of seconds) but the battery icon is there... so i have to buy a new battery 😞 nothing else I can do 😕
