Why are there few "choices" for tracking exercises? So I have a nearly new Fitbit zip (I got it about last year) and there's nothing wrong with it. I've been doing a type of HIIT workout and noticed it's not properly recording my exercise. My guess is the 50 second break interrupts my heart rate.
I tried logging each of my exercises manually and I noticed that there are very few "choices" why is that? Like if you try to type in jogging there's only walk, run or water jogging? How can I properly record this so my goals are met?

Hi @AudreyLynn, nice to see you as a Community member.
I'd like to start by clarifying that the Fitbit Zip does not have an exercise auto-detection nor manually exercise mode, also, since this tracker does not have a heart rate monitor, your 50 minutes break is not affecting the recording of your movement. To manually log an activity that is not listed in our database, from your Fitbit.com Dashboard, you have an option to create a custom activity or you also have the Create Record button. To do this, from your main Dashboard, click in the Log tile in the top of the screen, then select Activities and scroll all the way down to see this options, check the pictures bellow.
Give it a shot and let me know if you have more questions.
