You can't manually change the time on your fitbit but it should reset itself whenever it syncs to your phone or computer and is adjusted by the timezone in your profile settings at https://www.fitbit.com/user/profile/edit
Does your zip seem to be syncing ok?

To setup your tracker, follow this Setup Guide and make sure that you are using the correct email address.

Also, you can take a look to the help article How do I change the time on my tracker? to make sure that you are changing your timezone correctly.
