Hello -
Recently my Zip has become very unreliable. It will randomly drop several thousand steps. Sometimes the mileage will still be there and sometimes not. It will randomly show a low battery. It is not syncing with my employer's website now, and the information displayed on my zip is not matching what is showing on my dashboard. It has worked fine for about 6 months but in the past week seems that everything is wrong.

Mine too. So frustrated. I'd buy a different one, but they are so expensive to not work correctly!!

@gprice @Blietz @jamikey @Jeorwa thanks for stopping by guys! Let's go ahead and find a solution for your trackers! By what you guys are describing it made me think that perhaps the side spring of your Zip trackers may be bent as a result of improper battery insertion or pressure being applied to the back housing. I recommend verifying that there is proper contact between the battery and the battery contacts inside your Zip trackers. You can do this by opening the battery door of your Zips, removing your batteries, and ensuring that the silver battery tab located in the lower right half of your trackers is flush with the white box outline in the tracker housing. The process can be followed here.
It's possible that the loose contact between the battery and your Zips could be the reason why your trackers aren't working as they should. Give that a try and let me know how it goes guys, I'll be around!
