I lost my backing of my Fitbit and my Fitbit won’t turn on, the battery works I just need that piece, where can I get one?

Thanks for the help @Ozzie65! Welcome to the Forums @LauraPomme! I appreciate that you have shared your experience with Fitbit Zip. As stated by @Ozzie65, Zip's back door is not sold separately and the best is to reach out for Support's help.
