Missing Active Minutes

Hi All,

 

i was in the middle of my treadmill time today and my Zip stopped tracking at 17 minutes (I did 30). I have closed and restarted the app, restarted my phone and deleted and downloaded the app again. It is still showing only 17 minutes. Everything else updated and I did not stop and was on the treadmill at a consistent pace.

 

Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!

Welcome to the Forums @NShewmaker! Thanks for sharing your experience with your Zip tracker. 

 

Keep in mind that active minutes are only recorded for activities that last 10 minutes or longer of moderate-to-intense activity. Note that it has to be an activity more intense than regular walking. To read more about this, take a look at the help article What are active minutes?

 

If you're unhappy with your active minutes total, you can restart your tracker to make sure that is working correctly. Also, you can try logging the activity manually as described in How do I manually log an activity or exercise?
