MobileTrack for iPhone 5C?

I forgot my Zip at home and was told to use the Mobile Tracker but can't seem to get in on my iPhone 5C.  Called customer service but they were no help at all.    Found the article in Help about going to My Account and tapping New Device then choose Mobile Tracker, but I don't seem to get that option.  Any ideas?

Nice to see you here @MaraD! At the moment iPhone 5C is a non compatible device with the Mobile Track feature. You can check what features are available for your device at the compatible device list

However, you can manually log your steps if you know the amount of steps you have taken or the activity that you performed that day. You can check this post to see how to manually log an activity or this to see how to manually log steps

I hope this helps, keep me posted! 😉
