I have a Moto Z3 phone I just got in mid June 2019 and I have the Fitbit Zip since 2013 and still works but I can't sync my Fitbit Zip to my phone. Not sure why. I also get an message on my phone when I try to pair my Fitbit Zip to Bluetooth it says"pairing rejected by zip". I have the Fitbit desktop app and it works fine when I sync my Fitbit Zip on the laptop but not the phone. Can you please help me with this?

I have the same phone and same problem. My understanding from speaking with Fitbit tech support is that the Fitbit app is not compatible with the Moto Z3. This is mind boggling and extremely disappointing. I noticed there was a recent app update and was hoping it might solve the problem but it doesn't seem to have fixed it. I guess no more Fitbit for me. Have you learned anything about your issue?
