My smiley seems confused...

I've had a Zip for about 4-5 months, with no problems - smiley approved when I met my goals, and made rude faces when I didn't, but recently he has got confused. He hasn't been smiling at the end of the day for the past few weeks, even when I did meet my goal - and today I happened to look at him at midday, when I've only done about half my target, and he has a big grin??!! What can I do to set him straight?

 

I also had a message a couple of days ago to say battery low (which seemed odd because it's only about 6 weeks since I changed it), but today it says battery full - seems something not quite right. Still counting steps ok, though.
