I have read the manual and some forums and want to clarify what is happening and determine if there is a problem. I received a new Zip roughly a week ago, and have been wearing it, but only today did I first add the new device to my account and sync via iPhone. The zip is only uploading today's data, so I wondered if it purged the data from the last week through yesterday because I had not added it to an account? If this is not the case, how do I get the previous days' data to sync and show in the app?

Hey there @Samanae! Welcome to the Forums! Thanks for sharing your experience with your Zip.
To make sure that your tracker is working correctly, please restart your Zip. Also, double check that your tracker is correctly setup as a replacement device.
