No Network Connection Error Message

I'm trying to sync my Fitbit to Weight Watchers.  I keep uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit, and I keep getting the message that there's no network connection.  What does that mean?

Welcome to the Community @Eapples! Thanks for sharing your experience with Fitbit and for the troubleshoot steps you performed before posting here. This sounds odd.

To better assist you I have some questions:

  • Are you seeing this error message in your Fitbit account or in your WW account?
  • Are you uninstalling your Fitbit software or your Fitbit Zip?

I look forward for your reply! 🙂

I was seeing the message on the Fitbit website.  The WW website wasn't showing the most current update.

I was uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit Zip, not the software itself.

In any event, the problem seems to have resolved itself, and the updates are now occurring as expected.
