 Hello, my steps show up on my dashboard.  In order to see them I have to tap steps, then tap today and they show up there, what am I missing

There's a bug with the app at the moment that's causing this. Fitbit are aware and are investigating. Keep an eye on the following thread which has their latest updates on progress:
