A few times now, I have gotten 0 minutes of lighting bolt activity after a workout, where I usually get 20 min. 

Fitbit problem?

Hello @jenhigs are you asking about active minutes as your message body asks, or about recorded active according to the title. 

For an answer to active minutes we would need to see a screen shot of the recorded activity.
