Not syncing/pairing to a job challenge

I'm trying to join the work challenge but I can't seem my pair or sync my device or daily results to the leaderboard. I think my device is synced to one other account only; any ideas please?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums @Buddha1011! To ensure that you have your tracker paired to your account, tap on account and make sure that your tracker's picture is there. If not, please make sure that you have followed the suggested set up process
