Hi Fitbit support
i just got a replacement from my old Fitbit like 2 weeks ago, the nex day I had it I put a bran new batt and but the day after was indicating that batt was low, after a week that I have it I bought a #2032 that Big_jake recomiendes yesterday sep 27 And today is gone. So non of the batts work 2025 nor 2032.i was already happy Hoping it would Now what do I do? 😰

Thanks for stopping by @Nam71429! This is an odd situation. In this case, I would recommend checking the metal spring inside the Zip's battery compartment. Sometimes your tracker will have battery issues when this is bent. You can check this post of @vomitofthemind to follow this process.
