I hadn't used my zip for 6 months. I put a new battery and it began tracking. It wouldn't sync, not using the app or on the computer. I removed the battery to restart and still it would not sync. I removed the zip from my app and tried to re-add it. Now the app says "Request failed: forbidden (403)" . What can I do?

Hi @newbieyogi, it is great to hear that you want to track your activities again! Ok I can see you have tried some troubleshoot to set up your Zip, in addition, can you please try on your PC, uninstall and reinstall the Fitbit connect software? and then try to set up your tracker. If that doesn't work, please also try to delete the app from your mobile device and reinstall it repeat the set up process.
Let me know if this helps! I'll be around.
Hi,
Thanks for getting back to me. I don't know where my thingy is to set it up with the computer. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, I'm still getting the same message. 😞
