Yesterday afternoon, my Fitbit dashboard suddenly stopped displaying my updated steps for the day. I had almost 12000 steps yesterday, but the dashboard stopped recording after 9000 and something steps. Today it's not showing any steps, even though my Zip shows that I've taken almost 12000 steps again.
I need help.

@peterab61 A warm welcome to our Community! Sorry to hear that you aren't seeing your Zip steps on your Fitbit account. Most likely your Zip isn't syncing with your device. Aer you using a phone? Which phone are you using? Is it compatible? You can try going to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device. After this try syncing them. Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on. You can try additional instructions for computer here.
