Steps reverting to previous number on mobile app

Step tracker in mobile app keeps reverting to same number.

zip or mobile track will synch and add steps, but the next synch reverts both the app and the zip / mobile tracker to previous number off steps

Welcome to the Community @1mom! This sounds odd. If you are using MobileTrack and your Zip, please make sure that your Zip is currently paired. 

 

To see if your tracker is paired, please go to Account.rtaImage (4).png

There you should see a picture of your Zip under your name. If not, please follow these steps to setup your Zip again.

The next day the mobile app using my phone worked.

when I paired my zip back up to the app, it reverted to the old # again and my zip was stuck on that #.  Tryrd removing battery and putting new one in.  The zip won’t work properly.
