when I logged in to download my walking activity, it said my last sync was at 3:30 (I did not sync it but it must have done it while I was on the computer), it is now 6:30 and the info on my Fitbit does not match what they said I did which is only until 3:30 thus making the info inaccurate. Is there any way to update the sync.

Thanks for visiting the Community @VettLady! To ensure that your tracker is working correctly, restart it.
Please double check if the battery spring is not bent. Sometimes your tracker will have battery issues when this is bent. You can follow this post by @vomitofthemind to fix your bent spring.
Also, confirm that you have follow these tips to solve your syncing issues.
