Zip not tracking steps

I had an update alert and completed it including changing the battery.since then it does not register any steps it just stays on 0

can you help

Welcome to the Community @JznF! This sounds odd. To make sure that your Zip is working correctly, please restart it

 

Also, double check the metal spring inside the Zip's battery compartment. Sometimes your tracker will have battery issues when this is bent. You can follow this post by @vomitofthemind for extra help.
